In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

Access to and use of the bolago Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their membership:

• You must be a natural person of at least 21 years of age. bolago adopts a 21+ age threshold, which exceeds the standard 18+ threshold common in some jurisdictions, in recognition of Indonesia's cultural and social context around gambling.
• You must be accessing the Platform voluntarily and for personal, recreational use only. Use of the Platform on behalf of a third party, corporation, trust, or syndicate is strictly prohibited.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by bolago or communicated to bolago by a third-party responsible gaming body.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of bolago or any of its affiliate companies, game providers, or technology partners.
• You must not use the Platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing the bolago Platform complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.

To access betting and gaming services on the bolago Platform, you are required to create a Member Account. The following rules govern account registration and ongoing account maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may register and maintain only one active Account on the bolago Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or alternative accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being permanently closed.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address within Indonesia, and a valid Indonesian mobile telephone number. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. All activity conducted through your Account will be attributed to you and you accept full responsibility for all such activity.
• Notification of Unauthorized Access: If you have reason to believe that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorized third party, you must notify bolago immediately by contacting our support team at [email protected].
• Account Dormancy: An Account that has not recorded any login or wagering activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. bolago reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administrative fee of Rp 25.000 per month to dormant ac counts until the balance reaches zero or the Member reactivates their Account.

bolago is committed to operating a secure, fraud-free platform. As part of this commitment, all Members are required to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process prior to processing their first withdrawal request. KYC may also be triggered at any time at bolago's discretion in response to unusual account activity.

• Required Documents: Members must submit a clear, legible copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document (such as a KTP — Indonesian National Identity Card), proof of residential address issued within the last three months, and, where applicable, proof of the payment method used for deposits.
• Verification Timeline: bolago aims to complete KYC review within one (1) to three (3) business days of receiving all required documentation. Members will be notified by email of the outcome.
• Withdrawal Hold: Any withdrawal request submitted before KYC is completed will be placed on hold. Funds will not be released until verification is successfully passed.
• Document Authenticity: Submission of forged, altered, or otherwise fraudulent identity documents constitutes a serious criminal offence and will result in immediate permanent account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to the relevant authorities.

All financial transactions on the bolago Platform are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). bolago supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels:

• Local Bank Transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata.
• Digital E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

The following rules apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 25.000. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your Account.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum single withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawals below this threshold cannot be processed.
• Processing Times: Deposits are typically credited within five (5) minutes during standard Indonesian banking hours (08:00–21:00 WIB, Monday to Saturday). Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are reviewed and processed within the same business day for requests submitted before 17:00 WIB.
• Payment Method Consistency: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. bolago reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal to a different payment method.
• Transaction Fees: bolago does not charge platform-side transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own service charges, for which bolago accepts no liability.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or e-wallet provider without first contacting bolago support constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account suspension and recovery action for any amounts reversed.

bolago offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to Members from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free bets. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's individual terms:

• Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated as "no wagering", all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is specified per promotion and displayed at the point of opt-in.
• Eligible Games: Not all games on the bolago Platform contribute equally to wagering requirement completion. Sports betting typically contributes 100% of the staked amount; live casino games may contribute between 10% and 100%; certain slot titles may be excluded entirely. Specific contribution rates are published per promotion.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonus funds and any associated wagering requirements not completed by the expiry date will be forfeited without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Members may hold only one active bonus at any given time unless explicitly permitted under a specific promotion's terms. Opting into a new bonus while an existing bonus is active may result in the existing bonus being forfeited.
• Abuse Prevention: bolago monitors all accounts for bonus abuse, including but not limited to matched betting with low-risk strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine wagering intent. bolago reserves the right to void bonus winnings and close accounts where abuse is detected.
• Right to Withdraw Promotions: bolago reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn while a Member holds an active bonus from that promotion, bolago will honor the existing bonus under the terms in effect at the time of opt-in.

The following general rules govern all wagering and gaming activity on the bolago Platform. Game-specific and market-specific rules are published within each respective product section of the Platform:

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by bolago. bolago reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including in response to technical errors, odds feed irregularities, or market suspension.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet type and market. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may be adjusted by bolago at any time.
• Odds Changes: Sports betting odds are dynamic and may change between the time you select an outcome and the time your bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation constitute the accepted odds for your wager.
• In-Play Betting: In-play (live) betting markets are suspended during match incidents such as goals, red cards, or video review decisions. Bets placed immediately before a suspension may be voided at bolago's discretion if the outcome was materially determined prior to the bet being confirmed.
• Void Bets: A bet may be declared void where the relevant event is cancelled, abandoned, or where a demonstrable technical error has resulted in incorrect odds being offered. Voided bets are refunded at the staked amount with no winnings applied.
• Mix Parlay: Mix parlay (accumulator) bets combine multiple selections into a single wager. All selections must win for the bet to return a payout. If one or more selections are voided, the accumulator is recalculated excluding the voided leg(s).
• RNG Certification: All casino and slot game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs), independently audited for statistical fairness. Published RTP figures reflect long-term theoretical return rates and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bolago Platform. Any Member found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another individual's account or personal details.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent personal information at any stage of the registration or KYC process.
• Attempting to manipulate, exploit, or abuse any game mechanic, bonus structure, or technical vulnerability on the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform, place bets, or gain an unfair competitive advantage.
• Engaging in collusion with other players on the Platform, including in live poker, live dealer games, or any peer-versus-peer format.
• Using the bolago Platform to launder money, conduct fraud, or facilitate any other criminal or illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in match-fixing or placing wagers on the basis of insider information relating to any sporting event.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing bolago staff members or other platform users through any communication channel.

bolago is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across all aspects of the Platform. We provide a comprehensive suite of player protection tools, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options. Members are encouraged to make active use of these tools at any time via the Account Settings panel.

Self-exclusion requests will take effect within twenty-four (24) hours of submission and may be applied for periods of thirty (30) days, ninety (90) days, six (6) months, one (1) year, or permanently. During any active self-exclusion period, the Member's account will be locked and no new bets may be placed. Marketing communications will be suspended for the duration.

All content published on the bolago Platform — including but not limited to the bolago brand name, logo, website design, user interface elements, game assets, written content, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of bolago or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable international intellectual property law.

• Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.
• Any reproduction, redistribution, resale, modification, reverse engineering, or commercial exploitation of bolago Platform content is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from bolago.
• Game titles and associated assets provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft remain the intellectual property of their respective owners and are licensed to bolago for display on the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bolago's total aggregate liability to any Member arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Member's use of the Platform shall be limited to the total amount deposited by that Member in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• bolago shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from a Member's use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including losses of profits, gaming winnings, data, or goodwill.
• bolago shall not be liable for Platform unavailability caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, telecommunications outages, force majeure events, or actions of governmental authorities.
• bolago shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to a Member's account where the Member has failed to maintain reasonable security over their login credentials.
• bolago makes no warranty that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or harmful components. Members access the Platform at their own risk and are responsible for maintaining appropriate device security software.

Either the Member or bolago may terminate a Member Account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Member-Initiated Closure: A Member may request account closure at any time by contacting bolago support at [email protected]. Where no prohibited conduct is involved and all wagering requirements on active bonuses have been settled, any remaining real-money balance will be refunded to the Member's verified payment method within five (5) business days.
• bolago-Initiated Closure: bolago reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member Account at any time and without prior notice where bolago has reasonable grounds to believe that the Member has breached these Terms, engaged in fraud, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other Members.
• Funds on Closure for Breach: Where an account is closed due to a material breach of these Terms, bolago reserves the right to withhold some or all of the Account balance as reasonable compensation for losses suffered by bolago as a result of the breach, subject to applicable law.

bolago reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, bolago will use reasonable endeavors to notify active Members by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the amended terms taking effect.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the bolago Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and submit an account closure request.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of online gaming and commercial law, as applied by the arbitration body designated by bolago.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably between the Member and bolago within thirty (30) days of written notice shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the designated international arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent bolago from seeking emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent imminent harm or irreparable loss pending the outcome of arbitration proceedings.
